Ideas around better living make for a trillion-dollar industry. Longevity and wellness is everywhere. Real estate keeps building bigger, greener, more. But nobody stopped to ask the question underneath all of it: what actually makes a good day?
When you study it seriously across architecture, neuroscience, behavioural science, and economics you find that the answer isn't a trend or a morning routine. It requires a framework that accounts for all factors that shape quality of life, working together, every day. And once you have that framework, you realise something else: the places where people spend most of their lives — their homes and communities — were never designed with any of this in mind.
LQ was founded in 2024 by Dr. Adil Alzarooni to change that.
The Living Quality Company is a real estate developer creating residential communities across the Emirates. Each community is designed around an evidence-backed framework for quality of life. We study what shapes how people live, and we build for it. The architecture, the materials, the shared spaces informed by the science of living.
